Egyptian History Resources

Ancient Egypt - Personal collection of websites and personal images collected by Steve Beikirch related to Ancient Egyptian history. Some great links to games, collections, etc...

A World Lost in Time - links to sites that focus on Ancient Egypt, including another page that looks at the influence of ancient Egypt on pagan religions

An Egyptian Scavenger Hunt - You make application for a summer job as a helper to a world renowned Egyptologist. The Egyptologist wants you to be able to read and absorb information quickly, and to be able to use the World Wide Web to locate data about Ancient
Egypt. To prove how well you can navigate the web and to help weed out the non-serious applicants, a scavenger hunt has been created.

Tutankhamen - a link from the Egyptian State Information Service (SIS) including RealVideo, information about Howard Carter and the valuable collection of information gained from the discovery and studies of Tutankamen's tomb.

As I have organized this website for teachers and students, I have tried very hard to ensure that my own pages are free from material which might be offensive to elementary or middle-school students, parents, or teachers.  Even with such efforts within my own pages, sometimes it is impossible to provide the same guarantee regarding the pages to which my pages are linked.  Please let me know if any such material is located on any of my links so I can make effective changes immediately.
